1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hefei Liuxi Cheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JIADU, we, us, or our), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

JIADU provides professional technology services including but not limited to:

  • Computer Systems Design and Related Services
  • Computer Integrated Systems Design
  • Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
  • Management, Scientific, and Technical Consulting Services
  • Scientific Research and Development Services
  • Specialized Design Services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of JIADU or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Service Agreements

Specific services may be subject to additional terms and conditions as outlined in separate service agreements. These additional terms will be provided to you before the commencement of any project and will form part of the overall agreement between you and JIADU.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIADU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through our services

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JIADU and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hefei, Anhui Province, China.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
